I have the exact same accelerator setup in my Plus, I think it was part of the Hyperdrive kit. I noticed your still has its power supply, etc. Mine was gone. 

But the accelerator remained. 

Problem is, we need the drivers. For one, the OS only sees the card as a 68020 with NO FPU. And, it doesnt see the RAM. 

Plus its unstable on shutdown or restart it hangs the machine.
