No-one calls them Mini-15 to my knowledge - you want a Powerbook Video Adapter, looking like the one that equill posted. Despite the description in that listing, they adapt to Mac DB-15 video, not VGA - you can run an older Apple monitor off them directly, or any VGA monitor through a Mac-VGA adapter.
