A Gateway Server, with 4 Slot one CPU slots, with 2 occupied with600mhz PIII and 512mb RAM. I am putting debian on it now.

Are you sure those are slot 1's? Could be wrong but if there are more then 2 CPUs they tended to be XEONs.

Grr I misread the specs. It is just 2 Slot 1 CPUs.

Well its installing debian still off of the internet.

Its pretty noisy, but that isnt the fans. Its the old 4gb UltraWide SCSI drives I gave it. (My only ones on hand).
