When I saw this I initially thought it was an old Kris Kross album (Mac Daddy and Daddy Mac). (I actually remember when those guys were the "new" thing, which goes to show how antiquated I am becoming!)

This artwork is pretty good, although they'd have to print two prints if it was really MacPaint-generated. MacPaint was always 1-bit although the magenta color looks pretty close to the one used as a "Mac standard" in the early days (if you know what I mean...those of us who have dealt with CLUT resources probably remember this).
