Last week I won an LC III in box, on eBay. I wasn't expecting it to arrive yesterday, but I noticed an Apple box just sitting on the porch (I love how UPS never rings the doorbell anymore...). I opened it up today, and here's what she looks like:

She whistles when she's on, so I'm guessing the caps are going.

Hey, is the printer working and all? Sorry about that marker on there. A bit of alcohol and a magic eraser should clean that off.

Nice haul on the boxed LC III. I love boxed stuff. Today I got an Apple brand Macintosh II video card in the box, not sure if it's used or not though.

As far as I can tell it does. I just printed a few words from a SimpleText document. Haven't hooked up the hub yet.

The hub is really cool. I just did a basic test with my eMac, but there's all kinds of ports on there you can mess with. There's also the stacking if you needed more ports.

Are the LC and accessories really as clean and pretty as they look on the pictures?

Other than the slight yellowing, they're pretty clean. :)

Nice haul. :) The photos of the boxed LCIII take me back to when I was a little kid...we actually got our LCIII brand new back in 1993.
