I reseated the CPU to no go. I took the RAM out and put it into my Lombard along with a new 20GB HD, instant boot. Works great.

I installed the old Lombard RAM which apparently was running at half its capacity in the Lombard but full in the Pismo (128 and 256) but go figure the HD refuses to boot. Same went with the old Pismo HD I installed in the wallstreet. Very odd. I have decided I do not like Toshiba HDs as they are all the culprits.
