also, if you have a CRT with an intact front so I could cut it out and put an LCD in it that would be great

Wow, what technology is available to you in order to cut through 0.25" of glass? Glass with a nasty coating of heavy metals? I don't doubt that it may be possible at home, but why not think about a more humanly friendly solution?
