Thats a bit like saying, "I have a car that is capable of being driven at 200 km/h. I should be able to take advantage of that feature." Don't be stupid.
At the end of the day...it is up to 68kMLA administration to determine how the forum is run...if you're not happy, you're free to go elsewhere, but I think you'll find that most other forums are moderated a lot more heavily than this one. I see users do quite a few things that, if they even thought about it on other forums I go to, would see them being banned for life.
