I'm allowed to be stupid. I don't recall that being banned. My analogy was crass but self-censored. You could actually place any three letter word there in the asterisks you like. For example, you could insert the word "cat". I do not need my mom to wipe my cat.
Editing posts is a privlige, not a god-given right. learn to live with it.
It's neither a privilege or a right. It's a useful feature which has been removed to resolve a problem when there really was not a significant problem to begin with.
