Please show me where I said that I had a right to be stupid. I said I'm allowed to be stupid, because the act of stupidity isn't banned on this forum.

And being able to post on the forum at all is a privilige, let alone being able to edit posts, and as the people who run the joint, we reserve the right to relieve you of that privilige at any time

Posting here is neither a privilege or a right. It's merely a capability which exists for me. I have no expectation that I will be able to continue to post, or edit posts, or perform any other functions here now or in the future.

By saying you're allowed to be stupid, you're saying you have a right to be stupid, which clearly you don't.

And a "capability which exists for you" is by definition a privilige.
