Alright, I took the power supply out of the DA, opened it up, and took a look around for fuses. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the silvery glint of the metallic end of a fuse. It was on a board hanging upside down by the power connectors (the DA's PS has 2 power connectors, but the output one is blocked by a sticker like thing. Wonder why they decided not to include this officially...).

Anyways, 2 screws out, and I slowly lifted the board up. It has some wires soldered to it, so I had to rotate it to get to the fuse. I popped it out, and it's a ceramic fuse. it reads 10A, 250v. I looked it up, found a 4 pack for $3 at radio shack here. I will take the fuse to them to have them check it before I pop in a new one, as I can not see any visible signs of it being blown.

If it is not this, then I don't know what it is. But it seems the most likely culprit.
