A working PB 100 without adapter sold for $65 on eBay recently. And one with what appears to be a faulty hard drive sold for $50. So you're looking at that sort of price range. If its got accessories, spare batteries, manual, etc, then you should be looking more towards the $100+ mark. Hard to say without seeing more completed eBay listings, but those are the ones I found.
