Yes, but it has been since I've gotten it, and like I said, I've reinstalled the system many times.

What does "About Macintosh" say the memory usage is like?

Total System Memory: 65,536kSystem Software: 3578k

There's 61 MB free.

Do you have a ram disk somehow configured?

Nope.
