I wish I could get a hold of a 8•24GC card. It would be awesome in my Quadra 840av. I don't think the Quadra 840av has accelerated Video. oh well...Too bad I don't have the $$ for one, mainly because i just got paid and the money went like that *snaps fingers* because of bills piling up. oh well...

LowEndMac did a comparison a few years ago, and found that a Quadra 650 with built-in video benchmarks faster than a IIfx with an 8•24GC. The 68040 by itself is fast enough that an unaccelerated 8•24 in the Quadra 650 is faster than an accelerated 8•24GC in a IIfx. And the Quadra's built-in video is even faster still.
