I had bought some new equipment for my IIfx for connecting it to internet. I hadn't used it for about two years and it worked perfectly then, and now it won't start No boot sound or no fan spinning up. I have removed floppy and harddrive and all pci cards, and still nothing. I even bought stuff to clean it with since it was dirty one place, but nothing. Does IIfx require working batteries to work? There are two batteries and only one of them work, tested with my voltmeter.

Any advice?
