The head was loose to. So I ironed it, and I fastended the spring. And it looked good and "closed", but it didn't work

So I must buy Sony MP-F75W-01G, Sony MP-F75W-11G or Sony MP-F75W-12G? Or does other models work?

Is it possible to take the top reader from another drive? Say a generic PC floppy drive?
