Yeah - I've got the 2nd edition of Macs for Dummies, where David Pogue discusses the SyQuest vs Bernoulli issue, and he was saying that "you'll hear all the time about SyQuest disks going bad, but you'll never hear of a Bernoulli going bad", but I think he did also point out that because of their expense in comparison to SyQuest drives, they didn't catch on as much.
