1) I just spent over a week wrasslin' with the XPHome3 recovery CD and never did get that P.O.S. to reinstall on HP_Mini.

I have just built my "HP Mini 2140" a month ago from scratch. I used the XP Pro SP2 install disk plus the drivers from the additional HP application disk. No real problems except having to buy a bootable USB CD-ROM drive.
