Leopard should run just fine on that card. While the Ti3200 is indeed far faster and a more capable GPU than the Rage128 card it came with, I am concerned that it may not support core video which would slow Leopard down a bit.

I do agree with your sentiment on a better GPU than a faster CPU though.
