So if you drop a 292 CPU into a PDQ, you get the 83MHz bus and the better video? Or would there be other components in the 66MHz models that choke on the higher bus speed? I guess Mark Schreier would have the answer to that.
By the way, avoid the 13.3" LCDs on the Wallstreets; they are made of lose and fail. Get the active matrix 14" if you can.
You also get SCSI, ADB, Ethernet and Localtalk, built-in support for a second spanned display, and two Cardbus slots. One of them is a Zoomed Video slot, which allows you to input composite PAL/NTSC video direct to the GPU and screen without going through the CPU. You need a special card for that, which I've forgotten the name of for the moment. IIRC, there's also a DVD decoding card which takes advantage of that feature.
Add a USB/Firewire card and you have the perfect low-footprint bridge between the Old and New worlds. It's the Beige G3 of laptops
