My 2.0 is a dual core, the 2.3 was a dual processor.

mine has 16GB ram, the 2.3's max was 8GB.

The ram is not interchangable.

the 2.3 was pciX, my 2.0 is pciE, I just bought a ATI x1900 radeon...
