Software that identifies RAM placement in slots (68K/Q950)?

Hi all,

I'm looking for some software that identifies what RAM is installed in each slot, similar to Apple's System Profiler found in OS 8.x for PPC (eg. 16MB in A1, 16MB in A2, etc). The 68K version of Apple System Profiler doesn't have this much detail.

I've a Quadra 950 with a mixed pile of RAM and really don't want to have to pull each stick to determine what it is
