Check out macsales.com. Their prices are usually pretty good. I went there after scouring ebay and did better, even with shipping to where I am. And they'll guarantee it to work with your Mac.

As noted, the clamshells are a PITA to dismantle, so try to do all your upgrades in one go.

As long as the HDD (or something else) doesn't go, I'll hopefully never have to tear it completely down again.
