As mentioned above, the first board is a Rev 7 RFI motherboard used in the Apple II+.  The second board looks like an earlier Rev 4 motherboard that was probably used in an Apple II+ also.  Earlier versions of this board had green slots and were in both the Apple II and Apple II+.  There is a possibility this board was used in an Apple II as well but the serial number label really makes that determination on late Apple II/early Apple II+ computers, so let's call it an Apple II board   In any case, your goal is to replace chips so they will be the same if the Rev level is the same.  If they're not the same rev level, just check the chip identifiers.

You can remove the CPU on the second board to double check the Rev number if you're curious.
