today is a bad day

i installed system 7, didn't like it, and re-installed 6.0.8 via floppy disk, and all the software in the desktop folder was removed along with the folder itself. However, i still have a copy of MS word 4.00 along with MS excel . other than that , all that is on the hard disk is the system folder and MS Word and Excel

so now, thee question is:

Where do i get software replacements?
