How did this work out? I assume not good. I heard once that the PB100 uses a lead-acid type battery. I've never owned one so I don't know if it's true or not. If it's a lead acid and it burst expect corrosion and maybe melted plastic. I always remove batteries from everything before putting it into long term storage so if the battery is going to burst or leak it won't ruin the device.
