The processor from a Digital Audio will work. One thing you would have to do is change the cpu multiplier resistors. They tell the processor to run at so many times bus speed. your machine has a 100 mhz bus while the DA has a 133 mhz bus so without that resistor change a 533 DA cpu would only run at 400 mhz.
