Picked up 5 pismos the other day. The guy had about 16 from a lot he got from a school a year or two ago and only sold these to pick up RAM upgrades for the other machines. He is planning to send them to a 3rd world country.
The pismo's were stock with 400mhz/64mb/10GB/DVD however I have 2 256MB sticks and a 64MB to upgrade the RAM a little bit.
One has a scratch on the screen (not major) and another has a bad DVD drive.
All have airport cards and charging batteries which I may take 1 or 2 for my Pismo. Eventually these pismo's will end up in the hands of the less fortunate through a few programs I know of.

Wow! Congrats!
Pictures......maybe?
I envy you. I loved my pismo when I had it. I even loved the lombard that I got. Congrat's!!!
Yo! I'm less fortunate! :approve:
Nicely scored there, and good to hear they're all off to do some good someplace.

Thats always fun. I never had a Pismo, but all I've heard about them is good things. What do you plan on doing with them?

1 will end up as a replacement Laptop for helpers who travel to the homes of disabled.
The Remaining 3 I hope to prepare with 10.4.11, open office, VLC, a few free games, and give them away.
Pismos are wonderful, and it's great that you are finding good homes for these ones!
