Personally I would just take a drill to the lock core, or maybe a cut off wheel. THose lacks are pretty cheap so a good carbide bit should work. If that doesn't work diamond drill bits and cut off wheels are very inexpensive now days. They'll cut through the hardest of steels.

Failing that my 1903 Springfield rifle would make short work of that lock. Though there is a greater risk of case damage.
