Another possibility, which fixed the LWS360 at my high school (which I now have in my storage unit) is that the toner cartridge has gone bad or empty. We replaced ours (which is expensive, but they are rated at 10,000 or so pages, so you get a LOT of mileage out of them) and it worked perfectly. The unit had probably 15,000 pages or so on it, I think it was on its original or maybe second toner cart since it was purchased new in '93.
