The iMac G3 speakers do sound really good, but I've always thought the Perfoma 6400/Powermac 6500 had the best internal speakers with the built in subwoofer. Can't say I've ever heard a TAM though.Very nice score...faster than the iMac I got recently tooAnd yes, I have to agree with you on the speakers...apart from the BOSE system on the TAM they're probably the best built in speakers on any Mac.
