There are two things.

1. One of the admins with whom we haven't been able to get contact for awhile has control of 68kMLA.net

2. We are changing hosts for the forum, and because we don't have control of 68kmla.net, we can't point it at the new host.

It's not an April Fool's joke, it's just that it was posted on April first.
