EDIT: Matching 16mb "Legend" brand 72-pin SIMMs, still no chime. The Centris 660AV boots with them in suggesting that they work and they are at least 80ns, so these should technically be able to boot the 6100.
EDIT: Two logic boards tried. Two sets of memory on each. Still nothing. Can anyone see anything that may be missing from the system preventing a successful boot?
The second and third images are of the AV card fitted to the system. This makes no difference to either machine, whether it's installed or removed the machines both fail to start up.
