It currently has a system lockup issue that i'm trying to diagnose and repair. It doesn't seem to be present as often under Tiger (under Jaguar it's pretty much a given that it'll lock up) but the symptoms seem to coincide with the hard disk spinning down and up. Chances are i've replaced a dud drive with another dud drive. Oh well, just means another dive back inside the machine.
