I got my Mac SE/30 working with a Dynaport SCSI/T-Link yesterday (mostly). For it, I just installed the drivers, and there was a control panel for MacTCP. In it, I set the IP, Gateway, and DNS to match my internal network and that's all it took to get the Mac seeing the internal network. I haven't figured out how to get it to see the internet yet (I think I have a routing issue of some sort), which is a job for tonight.
