Those are Dana's vhacks (and looking at the source, I see they're over on Applefritter).
Actually credit where credit is due, the Plus LCD is Dana's, the iMacintosh is mine.
Digital callipers in hand, a brand new 32gb ipod touch, in the middle where the 2 curves max out is 8.7 mm (and some change), the slot on my performa 200 is 6.25mm
Yeah, I'd recommend and SE. It would require the least amount of modification. Get the hard drive slugs for both floppy slots, then take out a thick section in between them ... that should be just about right, and match the placement of floppy slots on the rest of the compact Macs ever made.
