If you're referring to the hex-shaped adjustment tool, there is a way to make one if you can't find them in your area. Sanding down the end of a thin plastic watercolor brush will give you a tool that will adjust these without a problem. Make it a bit thinner than it is and you should be OK. I just adjusted a CC with a modified watercolor brush and while it took a little bit of work to get it to fit, it was worth it (especially because I seem to have misplaced my actual adjustment tool and most of the Radio Shacks in my area have closed).
