New update: The monitor has now been adjusted, so it displays a proper picture. The barrel fan is broken (Plastic axle snapped off. I've glued it back, but it still does not spin properly).

The floppy drive has been lubricated, but does not want to format a diskette. It formats, verifies, and goes into a rattling frenzy. It sounds like it tries to go past track 0. I tried with a standard 1,44 MB Floppy diskette. Those can be formatted to 800k although they are a bit unreliable, no?

EDIT: It was just me being a tool. The head rails has _2_ copper bushings that needs to be lubricated, not just one. The noise was the guidepin jumping on the wormgear. I lubricated the offending bushing, and it now formats and works just fine
