If you can wait like 3 or 4 weeks, as I'm uncovering more of what's in my basement and our spare room as we clean out the house. I MIGHT still have my extra Nubus breakout "stick" for that VideoVision card you have. They are actually very nice cards and the conversion is about as close to an early AVID as I have been able to see. The VideoVision Telecast units however are actually still my favorite even over older Avid Systems. That's mainly because they didn't cripple their hardware and software with stupid license files, dongles, or firmware matching code.

PM me if you are interested and can wait that long.... MacTreeHouse on Ebay actually should have one as well for like 10 bucks. VERY good guy and sold me much of my old Radius gear years ago.
