Unfortunately the CCII was not sold in the USA. Our Canadian, Japanese, European and Australian members would know better.

But similarly, the LC Series was selling for cheaper than the CC, complete with the monitor in department stores under the Performa Badge. If the CCII was sold in the USA, sales would have been better to Apple. And who knows, maybe they would have  developed a 040 CC, like the 575 series.
