Watch out for hairline cracks in the gray plastic surrounding the picture tube and be wary of machines which take multiple tries to start up. I think some of these later iMacs may be among the trickier things to maintain in good working order. Think the main problem is they run too hot. DVD-equipped machines would be a bonus.
