The videocard worked fine on the IIfx running OS7.0.1 I was in the process of trying to get a new OS set up and internet access. I've had it running a week now, seemed quite good. I found the SuperMac driver V3 and it all was going quite well, I could access all the screen resolutions, nice, then 4 hours later that day.. poof.

U6 on the card looks like a EPROM a PLCC in a socket, labelled 3960-1
