how is the quality of the composite input on the beige G3? And how does to other capture solutions in classic macs like the apple tv/video system and the xclaim? I'm just talking about watching here, not recording. how does the resolution scale? How well does it keep up with frames?

From experiences-

XCLAIM-subpar video quality

APPLE TV/VIDEO SYSTEM-good quality

How is WINGS stack up?

Roughly the same as the ATVS, from memory.
