You have a choice: either risk your entire home's electrical grid by a faulty power supply, and ultimately your own safety by keeping it going;

OR, replace the power supply unit and DO NOT USE it until then. Throw out the power supply, if you are that tempted to turn it on until you can find a replacement. It won't improve nor can be fixed through simple means, and at worst could cause a fire.

In the nicest possible way, are you just trolling or are you seriously this idiotic? I apologise I never enter into this sort of stuff, but this is getting tiresome.
