I try HFVExplorer, not working

I have DiskTool.img his size 1474560 bytes and it perfectly write to floppy with rawwritewin-0.7, but images which I download from apple has 1474644 bytes ant it not writing

Older I use util in which I set block size, and all works, but I dont remember her name
