When I cleaned the paint off my IIsi, I just used Qtips dipped in the brake fluid. It takes a while, but you will probably need a little elbow grease for the hard-to-reach spots.

Also, it HAS to be Dot 3 brake fluid. Anything else melts plastic instantaneously, so be careful.
