I found an eBay auction for a PRAM battery for $10:

Seeing how that's around $10 cheaper than other PRAM batteries and main batteries average about $60 I snapped it up.
I don't mind having a dead main battery (my Thinkpad A31 has this issue at the moment) but having to set the date and time each time I use it is getting rather annoying.
