What about a Commodore NCC-1701 monitor? I have a BNC-to-RCA adapter, or an Apple monitor, like the Multiple Scan 17? (VGA to RCA adapter to BNC)
Did these cards require any specific software in order for the Mac to recognize the presence of an external monitor, or did it automatically sync with the external monitor? My knowledge on such cards is very limited, so my apologizes for asking any redundant questions.
Yeah, I wasn't too thrilled when I saw the damage inside the case. The bottom of the CRT, and the top housing of the floppy drive look pretty black too, so my expectations of this compact Mac lasting a couple of hours even with my Kensington System Saver is very low. The analogue board may require a full capacitor replacement in the near future, but we'll see. All of the other stuff I got from the haul appears to be in working condition after a couple of hours of use, so it isn't much of a loss if this one happens to go on the blink.
