Did the hardware test by pressing both apple-keys at start-up, i got garbage screen and then (see picture) error : RAM 0000100.So the problem is the RAM. Bummer. Impossible to fix.

That code indicates the position on the motherboard of the faulty DRAM IC.

Also, try posting on the Usenet newsgroup comp.sys.apple2. You will get more responses there about your IIc problem.
