Local Goodwill turned up a KVM for old Macs! Supports 3 machines (ADB and monitor) and also has a converter so you can use a PC or Mac monitor on your desk.
Not bad for $2!

What brand and model?
Umm it's fairly generic... I don't think it is labelled actually. No power cord required, though, so it's a fairly basic model. Labels on the front said it was used with a 6400, G3, and like 8600.
The ones without electronics have issues when switching ADB.
I use a Dr.Bott Monoswitch (4 port ADB) and have a 12 port BlackBox SW939A for when I setup a huge table for macs.
ADB KVM are hard to come by these days.

For mechanical (rotary switchbox) KVM's w/o KBD/mouse emulators in place when a Mac is offline, just keep an alias of ADB-Reset (?) on the Desktop so you can get rid of any issues very quickly and easily.
edit: checked it on my 6360, it's named ADBReset, and it's FreeWare from about 1999! [
